Post how safe are CPAPs?
Ive heard of one CPAP that caught fire

I do hope theres a smoke detector built in that autonmaticly turns the CPAP off in the event of any smoke or fumes being  in the air thats being pumped in
in the event of an electrical fault, overheating could cause smoke or fumes from the plastic parts and thsese are usually toxic, so that after only a few breaths, the CPAP user would be deeply unconscious and on the way to death

also I hope theres a safety switch that operates if the air intake is blocked as could accidentally happen

people who are drunk or heavily sedated can be very difficult to wake
