We've been on BiPap for over a month now, Will likes his mask and doesn't fight at all. We've gotten everything set so his leak level is less than .6 right now, but we are seeing increases on his AHI. The first 2 weeks or so we were holding pretty steady at around 2.5 and now we are at 5.6 -6.2 each night. Any ideas? We are still running on the 8 insp/ 4 expr and we will go in on Sunday night for our actual titration study. But wanted ot see what others thought before then.

Hopefully the titration will find the exact pressure to stop the AHIs.

I agree. Make sure to bring the mask that youve been using to the titration. |
