Will, I'm no expert. Only 4 1/2 months on xPAP. BUT - you will notice the xPAP therapy totally eliminated your PLM. GOOD SIGN! Your sleep time was good (wish "I" could have slept that much during my evaluation much less during my titration study).

Your sleep efficiency is for beans. Even mine was 83%.
You wasted too much time in Stage 2 sleep and came up way short on Stages 3 and 4 which is where you get your most restful sleep.
They like to see your AHI at 5 or less. Yours was 12.1
Its confusing that 45% of your REM sleep your 02 sats were below 95% which is not good. But then the statement "oxygen saturation remained above 90% throughout with CPAP" really confuses the issue.

Hopefully, those w/more experience will respond to your post and give you better answers.

I'm not saying I have more experience because I don't....but my take on the O2 saturation being above 90% with CPAP means your levels are at an acceptable level with treatment.  With no CPAP your O2 went to an unacceptable level.  In other words CPAP works and you don't need additional O2 like I do.  Applause

You also don't have an extremely high pressure which should make it easier to tolerate.  Some people have trouble with the pressure.I never have and I have a high pressure of 20.  We are all different though.  Good luck with your treatment.
