I have just released a new software for the analysis of data obtained from a nocturnal pulse oximetry study to aid in the formation of a diagnosis of OSA. I am writing in this forum to request feedback to help the development of the product further. I am currently making the solution available at no cost during this development and validation period. Your feedback would be invaluable.
The new software ‘Etrending’ is a web based solution for the management and scoring of data derived from pulse oximeters. It was developed with the aid of experts in the respiratory filed and published medical papers.
Please register at www. etrending.com to enter the service. You will need to update the version of Java on your computer to view the demo study and a couple of other applications on the New Study page to upload data. Etrending is currently only compatible with the Masimo Radical, Rad-8, Rad-9 and Nellcor’s N-395, N-595. I will be adding medical devices as requested.
Again, we can only develop this service in the right direction with the help of experts in the field, your feedback will be much appreciated.
Yours,
Patrick Haslehurst
