These case studies were extremely interesting to me! Thank you for posting them. I suspect from the oximetry graphs and the results in the various cases that I would do well or better w/a dental appliance than w/C-PAP which is something I've questioned for some time now. However, I don't know the number of seconds used for my overnight oximeter studies. I'm not sure how to determine that but will be taking a thorough look at my oximetry studies to see if it is indicated and if not will ask both my sleep pulmo and my DME supplier. After all, the PAP machine is more lucrative for all concerned except the patient and/or insurance company.
