 Check your sleep I.Q.
Hello everyone,
Have checked out our sleep I.Q. quiz? This is to test, how much you know about sleep. Check it yourself. All you have to do is spend 5 minutes.
Who is going to get 10 out of 10? Let me know. I got 8 out of 10.

I got 9 out of 10 because of a technicality. Restless Legs Syndrome does not disrupt sleep, it is the cousin to RLS, Periodic Limb Movement Disorder, PLMD, which occurs during sleep. People always confuse the two and commonly call PLMD RLS.

Wow guys you got good scores.
Guys who got fewer score are need not to worry about anything because this test is nothing to do with your sleep. But at the same time the one who knows about sleep can get a better sleep. As I mentioned it before its just a test to know how much you know about sleep.
Marvin.

 Welcome Back, Mr. Skeptical
I got a 4 out of 10! What's the curve gonna be on this?
Actually, a much better version of this is on the National Institutes of Health, from which that thing was taken:
Sleep IQ Quiz from NIH
While you're there, you can browse some of the other info, which includes some great summaries:
NIH Sleep Disorders Home
That other reference has a little too much junk associated with it (ads, strange IPs, and one of my personal favorites, the "Sleep Wizard.")(me hearing "Sleep Wizard" is like the 3 Stooges hearing "Niagara Falls")(OK, the 3 Stooges was a comedy trio back in Jurassic Era...)

NIAGRA FALLS!?!
Slowly I turned.
Step by step, I crept up on him...
Dave,
I remember the Stooges (all 5 of them) and I'm not THAT old.
I found the above test to be biased toward medical people.
It didn't seem to be a test for the "layman".
Barb, Kerry, myself and all the other nurses here should get CEU's (Continuing Ed Units)for taking that test.
