Just tried the live chat for the firtst time tonight. It didn't appear to load properly.  They were talking about changing colors of type and I had nothing on my screen except a blue background, the things they were typing and that was it.  It took me awhile to find that I could just type a line and hit enter and it would appear but after awhile I couldn't even do that.  Was a frustrating experience.   Didn't appear to be to user friendly.  Please take this as a comment and not a criticism.  It would have been nice to partake but I couldn't...any advice for future attempts.  Yes I dd download the latest media player ad instructed.

Diane, sometimes this Java applet will not load properly if your cache is too full.  If you use your browser's HELP facility, it will explain how to empty the cache.  You can also try accessing chat immediately after turning your PC on before the cache becomes too full.

Another suggestion, to help familiarize you with the chat's functionality, is to open it when no one is there, and check out all the features.  When you close it, anything you typed will be gone.
