AWAKE is a new support group offered by EMMC’s Sleep Center of Maine for people diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), people who are awaiting testing for OSA, or people using continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP). The group meets on the third Wednesday of each month from 6 - 7:30 pm,  in the Forsyth Conference Room at EMMC. The group will meet feature speakers, when available, who will talk on subjects related to OSA and CPAP. Mr. Larry Lee will be the facilitator for the group. There will be time at each meeting for discussion on OSA, CPAP, CPAP machines, positional therapy, or oral devices. Refreshments will be available.
