Post Lightheaded When Take Off Mask 
Does anyone else have a lightheaded feeling when waking up and taking off their CPAP?  It's like my brain\mind has to come back to life or such.

Anyone experience this spacy-like (disoriented) feeling?

Mine eventually subsides.  I will up my humidifier tonight and see if that makes it better.

I get that when I have a bad night or don't get much sleep.  When I have a good night it usually isn't a problem.

Yep.

I turned up my humidifier last night and it was better this morning.
