Post sleep apnea or something else?
I usually sleeps 6.5-8 hrs a day, wakes up about 1 time during the night to go to bathroom, usually no problem falling asleep, but dreams a lot during the night and remember the dreams most of the times. I also occasionally(1-2 times a week) snores(softly) and sometimes feel congested in the nose upon waking up but then disappear within 10 mins.  I wake up feeling tired, eyes feel heavy, and not refresh; which causes me to fall back to sleep, but then go into the dream mode right away, then after about 5-10 mins, wakes up and fall back to sleep again, and continues for a few dream-wake cycles, then I force myself to get out of bed. I also sometimes fall asleep during the day, usually take an 30-45 mins nap on non-working days. What is the problem? Anything to prevent/treat it? I usually sleep and wake up about the same time+/- 1 hr. My bedroom is pretty dark(I have insulator to cover the window). I wonder if it is because my room is too dark which causes me to fall back to sleep again and again and don't want to get up.

The only way to know for sure if it's sleep apnea is to be tested with a sleep study.  And a sleep study might be wise even if it doesn't turn out to be sleep apnea.  The study tests many things, from breathing, to blood oxygen levels, to brainwaves of the sleep stages, heart rate and more.  You might check out the FAQ Frequently Asked Questions section for lists of symptoms (see link to it at the bottom of my message).  But keep in mind that not everyone with sleep apnea has all those symptoms, they may have only a couple of obvious ones.  But again, to know for sure,  you need a sleep study.  A physician orders the sleep study.

Not only is a Sleep Study the only way to test for Sleep Apnea, but it is also the only way to test for the rest of the 70+ sleep disorders that can be diagnosed.

Whether or not you have sleep apnea is actually immaterial here. The key point is you have a sleep disorder and it needs to be diagnosed and treated.
