I am presently using a auto pap at home to do that fine tuning after titration. I was wondering what what numbers do they consider good for AHI ? Mine is 6.8. My initial pressure was 8 and on the machine it's reading that 90% of the time I'm at 13.8. What determines what pressure they decide on? Thanks

Lower is better.  
Zero is optimal.  
<5 is mild and is considered acceptable for AHI

Now I have never hit 0 for AHI.  I've hit 0 on the AI and most of the time I am at 0.2 to 0.3 for the night, but the AHI is always hovering around 2-5 in my case.
