Does anyone know of headgear that does not use velcro straps. Every morning I wake up and itch everywhere the straps have touched my face. I'd appreciate any info or suggestions. Thanks in advance.

You might want to try fabric covers over the straps.  It shouldn't be that hard to make a set of covers, and sombody makes covers called called "Pad A Cheek".  You can Google to find "Pad A Cheek".

also wash the headgear thouroughly as there may be chemicals on it that effect the skin
