I'm looking for a sleep dentist to make me a TAP appliance, or the like, but would like a referral. My sleep doc is just starting to refer patients to get oral appliances, so he doesn't have a rec yet.

I have called some of the dentists from the www.sleepdocs.com list, but their prices seem to vary widely and I'd feel better not going in blindly. And they all charge for consulatations, so I'd rather not throw money out the window.
