I never seem to last more than 30 minutes...Last night I had a distinct shutdown of the nostrils about 20 minutes into the CPAP.  I have not been using the humidifier due to having only a two prong outlet in my house.  Is the nostrils constricting due to them drying out?

The humidifier will make a HUGE difference with congestion.  Until you get an adaptor or get a grounded outlet, you can use the humidifier without plugging it in.  It won't be as effective, but something is better than nothing.
