Post Noise 
Any tips on eliminating noise while using Adams circuit air pillows?  I use a humidifier and the noise when exhaling bothers my wife.

Adams circuit is just noisy by desgin.  The breeze nasal pillow system uses the same nasal pillows, and it has a quiet exhaust.
