I'm getting an Oracle mask by Fisher & Paykel and want to know if anyone can tell me what mask setting to use with it.

I have access to the clinical menu in my Resmed Elite S8 CPAP machine, and currently  it's set on MIR: Full for the full face mask I use, which is a Mirage Quattro.

Since the Oracle is so much smaller, I imagine the setting is different? Thanks, anyone who can help with this.

The ResMed machine mask settings are for ResMed masks.  For non ResMed masks, there is a generic setting available that doesn't compensate for the mask leakage.  You have to manually subtract the mask leakage from the reading.

I assume the leakage rate is part of the written information that comes with the mask... ? And in the Clinical menu there's a place to manually set the leakage rate?

I've never scrolled through the other options under Mask in the machine menu to see what the options are.
