Post Ideas on clearing sinuses before bed
I eat Altoids (any kind) and chew them up.  This makes my nose run and I immediately blow it and clears my nasal passages.  On more of a strage note, I have used tabasco sauce or any type of hot sauce.  A couple drops on the tongue and you are good to go.

Anyone else have any ideas?

if i have  very stuffy nose i use warm (body temp) saline (1 cup of distilled water, 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt, dissolved)water and baby bulb syringe. fill the syringe with saline water, tilt head back, insert tip into nostril squeeze gently until water drains out other nostril. then blow nose. do both sides. my ENT taught me this and it works great. (make sure that you keep the bulb syringe clean by washing it out afterwards) the biggest thing is being gentle too much force is painful and damaging. janey

I use a nettipot which also runs water in 1 nostril, thru the sinus passages and out thru the other nostril, washing out the mucus

I do this as well and it works well. Sometimes during cold season I use a nasal decongestant spray after word.
