Speaking of 'body image issues' for Apneans and couples-For those of you ladies who like to sew or have friends who sew-How about cute matching pajamas, night caps, or matching hose covers?  You ladies can make your man a creative cape to wear with his mask to make him feel special.  Maybe sew matching -'superhero' costumes you can wear with your masks!  There is no denying sleeping with a mask and looking like Darth Vador has it's challenges-but sometimes, attitude and creativity really can make a difference!  Best wishes to all you couples out there! Why not something exotic like nylon leopard or camo for the cap?  I've made cartoon fabric jammies.  A matching cap would be quite cute!
