Post His sleep study came back... 
It showed 89 awakenings,but only an AHI of 1.5/hr. The dr believes this is a sleep pattern left from when he did have apnea before his tonsils/adenoids were removed and his body never learned how to sleep right.

So now we begin sleep training..oh yeah, me on a cpap just recently.. THIS is gonna be fun!

I am pretty new to this so can you tell me how you sleep train? I know it's a silly question but I have never heard of it so.
