There should be a bit more data.  Is there any mention of an "AHI" or O2 saturation levels?  Regardless it looks to me (not being a physician and just a lowly CPAP user) that "Snore related arousals" of 79 is an alarm.  I take that to mean you woke up 79 times during the night due to snoring/hypopnea/apnea.

Was there a "Summary" paragraph from the scoring technician?

Here is more infor and thank you for the response:

Sleep Efficiency 79.6%
O2 Saturation 90%

The summary says evidence of UARS w/ loud snoring, RLS and Periodoc Limb Movement Disorder.  no evidence of Sleep Apnea.

My REM Latency seemed high at 228 minutes, what does that mean?

REM Latency is how long it took you to enter REM sleep.  According to the tacked glossary thread, "average" REM latency is 90 minutes
