Post Sleep Study Results?
Hi all.  I have been using my CPAP since about October.  I see some of you posting your numbers from your sleep study results.  I never got mine.  Should I ask my doctor to see if he has them or would I get them from the machine provider?   Thanks.

Simply call or stop by your Doctors office and ask for a copy.  It is your legal right, as they are your records.  You could also call the sleep lab where you were tested as they were the ones that created them in the first place.

It's fascinating info to see!

I would call the Doctor and ask for a copy of your report. You can also call the sleep lab. a lab can close down or shred your report after 7 years. The first study is called a PSG the second is the CPAP titration. It is good idea to look @ the report. It shows the severity of the OSA. sometimes I see reports that the pt was not corrected. They try to get your AHI or RDI under 5 in rem sleep and in a supine position or on your back. Take Care
