Alternative to Mirage Swift Nasal Pillows?

Post Alternative to Mirage Swift Nasal Pillows? 
I've had a CPAP for a month, and think the Mirage Swift nasal pillows are very comfortable and by their nature (round plug in a round hole), create a much better seal with less face oressure than the mask I tried.  The only issue is that the air vents blow in my wife's face!  Does anyone have any experience with a similar system that would perhaps direct the air over my head (like a snorkel)?

The vent on the Breeze with nasal pillows is directed up and slightly forward, generally aims for my headboard.

I have both the Mirage Swift and the Breeze nasal pillows. I prefer the Breeze both for the direction of air flow and I swear it's quieter too. I think you would like the Breeze.
