i'm going for my 2nd sleep study tomorrow night to be fitted for a CPAP and am going to be eating better to lose weight. i have always been sleepy tho, since i was a kid, always getting in trouble for falling asleep in elementary and high school and college. i was hoping maybe a sleep study would give me some insight. i also have history of sleep paralysis and hypnogogic hallucinations but they did a nap study too and showed no other symptoms of narcalepsy.
thanks for any insight u may have :)
