I am not receiving absolutely no commision about this book at all, BUT, for sure i am very much interested about learning new ways of improving our quality of life and not to be just stuck on past ideas or treatments, where sometimes even doctors are not updated; it did happen to me that i lost one year of treatment for my severe sleep apnea due to the lack of knowledge or motivation of my former SLEEP DOCTOR, who did not even order a sleep study to see if i had sleep apnea, eventhough i told him that i have a history of loud and continuous snoring; the only thing he suggested was that i sew some tennis balls to my pijamas; a year passed before i went to see another doctor because my wife insisted me to be reevaluated again by a different doctor; now, i do suffer of a lot of the consequences which could have been preventable if i had the chance to be seen by a more qualified or caring sleep doctor; if i have written about this book in this forum is because i wanted to share positive insights or outcomes for people suffering sleep apnea, since there are not a lot of books about this illness and even less books about positive news or outcomes; this is one of the books where you can find something promising about how to fight against the perverse effects that this illness come with it. This book was published on september 2007.
