Welcome. I hope you are learning a lot. As you have been lurking here for a while, you probably already know there are numerous very informed people here as well as those learning. We all continuously share ideas, some work for some not all work for everyone, you might know something we have not tried yet that works.. That is how we find what works for us is trial and error. I hope you will post about things you need help with and those that you have resolved as it might help someone else too. Anyway, welcome to group and we hope to hear more from you soon.

and yeah Ive noticed it a little :) The thing is, I don't have sleep apnea, I only had a broken nose. But one of my family friends died because of sleep apnea :( but before that I never realized how serious it was. |
