Post Dry mouth 
I have been using a CPAP for several months but for the last few weeks, I have been waking up with a dry mouth.  I have a heated humidifier, which I keep set on 1.  If I set it any higher, I get water in the mask.  I drink lots of water. Sometimes I get up several times during the night and drink about 1/2 pint of water each time.  Can anyone help?

Is sleep apnea the only medical problem? other things might cause this however it is probably that you are not keeping mouth shut while sleeping. perhaps air gets past your lips, try using paper type of tape it is for sensitive skin. Or use a chin strap to keep mouth shut. Smile
