Post My first cold with c-pap
Maybe I am not supposed to use the c-pap with a cold ( sore runny nose but........I need my rest and c-pap gives me that. The runny nose under my nasal pillows is no fun, but kinda keeps the goo contained. The need to cough is a problem too, and my widdull nose is sore. I went to bed at 7:30 Pm thinking I( would get a good long winters nap. Nope, a tele marketer called. Darn, shudda unplugged the phone, just got to sleep. Thought I was sleeping a long time to see the clock at 10:22Pm. Slept about two hrs. Now I am up at 12:36AM. Insomnia is a problem some nights. Once I get to sleep I think I get better sleep. It also depends a lot on the dinners I eat. Acidic foods like spaghetti sauce keeps me awake. Initially pasta puts me to sleep. I don't want to take meds cuz they make me realy groggy the next day and I have heard scary reports about weird effects. At least there is a good Paul Newman movie on. I hate INSOMNIA!!! Oh, I took an antihistimine and it made me very drowsey at &Pm so I went to bed.
