Dry mouth

Post Dry mouth 
Have been using CPAP for about 3 months now and just started waking with totally dry mouth and throat. I use full face mask at 13cm with heated humidification. No problems up until now but so dry that i wake up even tongue and mouth are totally dry. Any remedies?

Winter time/cold weather has dryer air.  Try drinking the recommended 8 glasses of water a day, maybe increase your heat, maybe have some water right before bed and when you wake up (on the nightstand).  That's about all I can suggest.  But, if you are already hydrating your body, I don't know :(
