I'm only on day four, so I know I have a long road ahead. Still, I want to rant so thanks to the ASAA for this forum. I hate the machine, and a quick glance at this forum shows that experience to be very common. However, I also see a lot of encouragement from those who have traveled this road and learned to adjust to the machine. So I'll push on, although now I'm definitely sleeping less than I did before I got the CPAP and the deprivation has left me groggy, especially today. Unfortunately I have a job where being alert is a must. Fortunately, I can take comfort by hearing from those of you who say that in the long run that the machine can make life better, not worse. Those of you who take the time to read and respond to the noobies on this board are great, and I want you to know you're appreciated. I'm notoriously poor at keeping up with boards and such but I'll try to keep checking in and let everyone know how it's going. Peace...
