Post Hello All.....Just introducing myself.
Good Evening,
I thought I would introduce myself.  I am a 38 year old married female with three sons.  Man the testosterone in this house is sometimes unbearable........LOL.  I am new to the world of sleep apnea and having to adapt to it.  I get my sleep study results tomorrow and hopefully a machine before the weekend.  I am going nuts feeling like I am loosing it from the "moosh brain".  I have a positive attitude about it after using it during the study and feeling the immediate improvement in my sleeping, waking and energy level the next day.  I am a bit nervous about chosing a machine and mask, but reading all of the posts in the other section and all the research I have done I feel pretty confident that I have absorbed all that my "moosh brain" is going to for now.  Anyway, I look forward to getting to know and conversing with you all.  It is so nice and very comforting that this community is here to talk to about my sleep disorder and this section to talk about just about anything is great.  Hello to all.

Welcome, Sparky.  Poke around, make some noise, and enjoy the company.  Don't forget to ask questions.  My grandfather always said that the only dumb question is the one you don't ask until someone is hurt.

Thanks SidecarMike,

My dad use to say the same thing about questions.  I try to tell my children this so that hopefully they will learn everything they can.  BTW, I love your banner.  That is great, also sounds like something my dad would say.... Laughing

Today my partner at work wished an elderly gentleman a good day.  His response was "Every day is a good day!  I'm still on the top side of the lawn."   Applause

Boy do I know that one.  I have numerous days in recent past when I feel this way.  At least there is a light at the end of th tunnel now.  Once I get my machine and start using that I will not feel like I am 60 on most days rather than 38.  Keep your fingers crossed for me that today I can come home with a machine.  I totally want to feel human again.......hehehehe Cool   Have a Great Day.  I go to the Dr. for results at 9:00 am CST.  I will post as soon as I get back.
Thanks a bunch.[/quote]
