Sleepygolfpro,
The masks that Ridge Runner mentioned are ones that suit most people - the ResMed Ultra Mirage (nasal mask, covers the nose) and the ResMed Swift (nasal pillows mask, sits against front of nostrils and slightly into the nostril openings...the nares.)
Other good masks to consider, imho:
Puritan Bennett Breeze with nasal pillows. Great for sleeping on ones side; not so great if you sleep much on your back.
ResMed Mirage Activa nasal mask. The #1 best nasal mask (covers the nose), imho. Straps are worn very loose with this one.
Puritan Bennett DreamFit - very nice nasal mask (covers the nose) This one is not Puritan Bennett's old Dreamseal that can be used with the Breeze headgear...don't mix up the DreamFit and DreamSeal names.
The next is my personal favorite because the nasal pillows part is so soft and smushy. However, it's unlikely many/any home health care supply stores have it or have even heard of it. You'd probably have to buy it on your own from an online cpap supply store. The name of the mask is Aeiomed's Headrest with nasal seal. The "Headrest" used to be called the Aura. It's a wonderful nasal pillows mask that looks weird in pictures but is very light and comfortable for sleeping in any sleep position - sides, back, tummy even. One of the best things about it is that the exhaust is up above your eyes and vents straight up. The exhaust doesn't hit a sleeping partner, or the bedcovers, your pillow, or your own arm.
Of course everyone's mileage varies regarding what mask works for them. A mask one person likes might be a leaky nightmare for someone else. Incidentally, online stores do not require a prescription when you buy a mask. A prescription is needed only for buying a cpap machine from an online store. Not needed for accessories like masks, humidifiers, hoses, etc.
