Little pimples along chin and jaw line from my mask strap

I am guessing that is what it is...either that, or I am getting acne at the young age of 45!
I don't have oily skin - until now it has been pretty good shape.
I only have the zits one side of my face.
I clean my chin strap in a little baby wash (Target's version of Johnson & Johnson) - it is very mild.
Has this happened to anyone else?
I'm not going to worry too much about it - just sleeping well all night is worth the trade off at this point!

could be contact dermatitis. Try a little steroid cream on it. You'll want to keep the cream off your mask though so you may need to have a little padding between your skin and the mask strap.

Yes at age 48 I have more acne cleaners;pads and creams in my bathroom then throughout my teenage years. It was BAD when I initially started on CPAP but has gotten better . The one thing I learned was to take off my makeup and clean my face every night religously. Yes preCPAP I usually slept with makeup on...I think I was just too tired to take it off!!

sleepy, I am noticing a few whiteheads around my mouth/chin. Nothing alarming yet, but I am making sure my mask/seal is very clean so I don't irritate my skin more. I use cheap dish soap to clean my humidifier and mask (per RT instructions), but this isn't irritated skin, just a few whiteheads.
Give peace a chance
