yay I get to go in for a emg on my right arm on wed. They are saying that I have a pinched nerve, they need to find out were it is and then how they are going to fix it.

Electromyography

For an EMG, a needle electrode is inserted through the skin into the muscle.  I've had this done as a diagonostic before I had a cadaver bone fused in my spine between discs. As I recall, it took about 45 minutes.

Mine was for a pinched nerve also, but my disc completely shattered which is why I have the cadaver bone.
