I have the Comfort Gel mask. I am trying making it tighter, last night it seemed to work alright on my side. I might be getting used to the thing now...

This sounds weird but during the day I could swear my brain is saying, "Hey! go back to bed! We are finally getting a decent night's sleep!" It is like I look forward to going to bed now. Before I was so exhausted that I fell asleep a soon as my head hit the pillow and I woke up feeling I just laid down.

Wow.  That's interesting.  Just goes to show how much our bodies crave sleep.  More and more studies are finding out just how important sleep is to our health.  But personally, I figure why waste all that study money?  Sleep was invented for our bodies for a reason, it wasn't just made to make the mattress salesmen of the world happy.  Sleep is as important to sustain our bodies as food and the air that we breathe.  And when both sleep AND breathing are jeopardized, it only stands to reason we'd be on the fast track to bad health or worse.  Guess we should listen to those little voices in our head more, huh?

I find it interesting that over the course of many centuries, we have learned to stand on two legs and walk, use tools, create language, invent flight and walk on the moon. Yet, we haven’t been able to evolve to the point of not needing sleep. Its very interest the all living creatures need SLEEP to continue a healthy life – it appears we’re hard wired for it, and not even time can change that.

I find the fact that sleep has stood the test of time...........Pretty darn amazing....I couldn't think of any other feature of man kind that hasn't evolved in some shape or fashion, it just one of those basic needs of survival.

I don't know, tbone......   I think maybe I should retract my statement....at least in your case.
I have a hunch those voices in your head are a little scary!
