Post Encore Pro 1.5 released
Released October 31, 2005

[Commercial Link Deleted]

It's a 105MB download, a couple of minutes on broadband.

Is Respironics now giving away their software? This is a full install, not an upgrade. I had just purchased and installed v1.4i and went looking for updates when I saw v1.5. I uninstalled 1.4i and Microsoft's SQL server and then did a full install of Encore Pro v1.5.

This is my first time using any CPAP software so I couldn't tell you the difference between versions. I do not know yet if it is compatible with MyEncore.

There is a thread on CpapTalk, it appears that it isn't compatible with my encore... There were a bunch of database changes...

Yep, I was just reading that thread. I really want the features of MyEncore so I'm going to uninstall 1.5 and go back to 1.4

Can you buy the 1.4 version without buying the reader too?

Thanks.

Good Grief, let's delete the links.

I know you don't want to promote or endorse any particular brand or manufacturer, but this is a link to the ONLY software of it's kind available anyway on the planet.

sheesh, aren't you going a bit overboard? It's not like I posted a link to Mcdonalds to steer people away from Burger King.

Sleepyhead,

You can always get the link through a PM if you can't find it through Google.  ASAA has a strict policy about posting commercial links and can this policy be found as the third post in the Sleep Apnea Help Topics.  This ensures the forum's focus remains to help people get the best treatment possible rather than perhaps give the assumption of some kind of profit motive.  I understand your frustration because this provider is the only source, however, usually it is best to comparative shop and look for the lowest prices.

Vicki

Another,

In keeping with ASAA guidelines, I deleted all commercial links.  I can not delete one and leave another.  I deleted the link to a specific online store which sells the software.  I'm sorry if PMing him was an inconveniece.

Vicki
