I've heard of the KidSta but that's way too big for my almost 3 year old who has microcephaly (head size similar to a one year old's) and very small facial features.
We've used nasal pillows for the past year and a half (nasal masks etc made her too claustrophobic) and are currently using the smallest size (E) of the Petite Nasalaire II
http://www.hudsonrci.com/Products/docs/L0323-0601_Nasal%20Aire%20II%20Petite.pdf
with our old Small SNAPP headgear resized with lots of velcro to fit her head.
She HATES her Bipap (don't blame her) so we have to put it on after she's asleep. If we're lucky it lasts 4 hours but lately she's really thrashing her head into her reflux wedge and managing to shift it off her face earlier in the night (after just 2 hours). So we're in the market again for another interface. She's a side sleeper who wakes up on her back (also has restless legs syndrome like leg jerking which is reduced by Mirapex but may still wake her up later in the am when it wears off---she's a fast metabolizer).
TIA
Erin
