c flex air pressue adjusting

Post c flex air pressue adjusting 
can i adjust the air pressure in my c flex myself. it feels like im not getting enough air, pressure is at 8. thanks

Cflex is adjustable by the end user, the pressure settings require the clinician manual and the magic keypresses.  (Cflex is exhalation relief, the pressure settings are set by the titration testing that occurred in your sleep study.)  

Have you talked to your doc about this?  Most folks don't have a problem with a little more pressure, but some folks have problems with higher pressure cause more central apnea's.  More than likely you are in the first group, but before changing stuff, check with your doc and make sure you aren't in the second group.
