If anyone has taken their child to NY or Children's hospital in PA for apnea, would you reccommend the doctor?
I live in nj and no luck. We have had 5 sleep studies and too many opinions.

I don't know the doctor, but I do know one of the techs at CHOP...name is Jackie....very nice...

We go to a lab called University Sleep Services, with several different locations. I am in suburban Philly.  We are happy with them so far.

We have not use these places but have a good DR who is based out of Kingston NY. He is a pediatrician who specializes in pediatric sleep disorders. He has his prctice in Kingston and then comes up to Albany NY once a month to the sleep labs. Not sure how far that would be for you but if you need info let me know.

Just thought I would jump in here.  Not sure if you have been able to hook up with a center that does pediatric sleep studies.  It is important that they are certified to do them on children because there is some additional equipment they need.  After having several here in Syracuse, NY we started traveling to Rochester, NY.  Not sure if this will help you but Dr. Connelly there is very knowledgeable and helpful.  Feel free to contact me for any further info.  (mcuttler@twcny.rr.com).
