Post Is SA in children possible without the snoring????
My son is 8 years old and has some of the other symptoms listed. I was diagnosed ( as well as my mother and grandmother) about 5 years ago and my mom always said I was a restless sleeper when I was a child. He has nightmares as well as the difficulty waking up and the learning difficulty at times, as well as being forgetful I was wondering if he could possibly have it even though he doesn't snore.

You can have sleep apnea and not snore.

My son was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and has never snored.  So yes, it is very possible.

Thanks,

I thought maybe this could be his problem, I guess I will have him checked for it.
