how to convert pressures to PSI

Post how to convert pressures to PSI 
CPAP pressures are given as centimetres of water, can anyone say how to convert this into PSI?

Wow - so at a prescribed 7cm/h20, it's only roughly .1 psi?  That seems so low.  Maybe I should just point a fan at my face at night.  :)
