I am 19 years old, and I have only ever had one good nights sleep in my entire life. That was 17 hours of sleep. I have snored my entire life, and I was just reading a study about how snoring can make kids hyper active, which I was as a child, and how later in life in makes adults just tired. When I was little, I would get about 6-8 hours and my alarm clock would wake me right up. Now I have 5 alarm clocks and I barely wake up if at all (I have missed alot of school because of this). When I am really tired, I sometimes will fall asleep and quickly wake up out of breath like I'm having a panic attack. Now I have never been tested for apnea, but I am told I am one of the most violent snores people have ever heard. I also sometimes wake up and my uvula (the hanging thing in the back of your throat) is swollen and it lasts the entire day. Does this sound like sleep apnea to any of you? Thank you for any responses
