Post Outage 
Site was down due to a hardware failure.  Our hosting company has repaired the hardware and we are back up.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Think they need new techs, same failure 3 times, think someone is gonna get fired over this.  Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

A lot will depend on the service level agreement (SLA) with the hosting company.
