Hallelujah (or however you spell it). I am finishing up my 1st month with CPAP and feel like a new person. I am sleeping through the night and actually need an alarm clock again. I feel so rsted. No more afternoon naps just to make it through the day. I feel like a new person who has been blesses by a miracle. If you are new to CPAP, stick with it.
I’ve been using mine a couple of months now. At first it was terrible then gradually day by day it became tolerable. Then there came a point in time when I no longer removed it during the night.
Now I’m addicted! When morning comes I just want to leave it on and continue with the ease of breathing. I like that thing so much that every morning before I complete the disassembly for washing it I stick it back on my face without the straps for a few more breathes before turning it off.
There are times during the evening that I even forget it’s on me. I woke up the other night with a slight tickle or itch on my nose. It felt like I ran into a glass door when I attempted to scratch it. I forgot all about the mask. I like the dreams too. I can’t remember the ones in the middle of the night but I can remember the last one as I wake in the morning.
(maybe that's why I try to get back to sleep?)
