A friend of mine always had an interesting way to answer this quesion. In my case the answer would be:
I'm 19 with 34 years of experience.

That's a standard distribution... like in school, many teachers "grade on the curve". In other words the grades of a group of average students generally fits a curve that looks like the one for the age poll. So these teacher give out few F's, more D's, the most C's, less B's and few A's.
Here's an example of a bell curve:

I answered the poll awhile back, but didn't reply on the thread. I'm 35, and since someone else asked I've been on CPAP off and on (currently on) since 2000. Had OSA as long as I could remember, just didn't know what it was and didn't think about seeking treatment until my wife pushed me to after we saw something on OSA on a 20/20 type of nighttime news show.

In one month exactly I will be 51. On CPAP for 15 days, but was told in '98 that I stopped breathing when sleeping.

I'm 21 with 28 years of experience and probably nearly about that many years of apnea as well.
Oh, I see Ozone already knows my age calculation.
o2much4me, or the age of the guy you date. I figure I'm at the perfect age to date men, or their sons

Didn't your momma tell you, you NEVER ask a lady her age!!! Tsk, tsk.
Dx'd 1999. 2 1/2 months of therapy a disaster. Returned equipment w/suggestions to disinterested DME of what to do w/it. Just started xPAP therapy October 2006 thanks to a caring sleep lab and staff.

Been on CPAP for a little over a year, feeling great!
