Having a Breeze Hair Day...

Postby idzeeboo » Tue Sep 13, 2005 1:54 pm

I use the Breeze headgear with my CPAP and I have an issue with my hair matting down in front. I typically have a very short (almost a buzz cut) hair style, but the Breeze has almost permanently matted my hair near the front! I have even tried hair gel to get it to stand back up, but it just wont. I guess I'll just have to grow it longer, or keep it almost bald.

Anyone else have this problem?

Hi .... #-o yep .i sure do. I am trying to solve that as well as many problems I am having with the headgear. My mom has been going with me and both of us having our hair done on weds , she pays, so I almost never use my machine on weds. I am looking into getting a cap style of headgear if I can find one. I know it seems vain, but to me it is a waste of money. and I need to feel good about something in my life ,so I want to keep going , its only 8.50 for the works wash cut set m now day s thats a steel. :-? Now i have many problelms with the all that felcro stuff. especially since I wear hand braces to bed ( or chair i should say) tooo every thing gets stuck together and i have to redo every thing several times a night so so much for sleeping better. i have goood things too my legs are alot better than a few year ago ive been of mirapex for years now. so if anyone out there can give me ecouragment to keep going with this please write i will try to get back with you and even try to help out. we cant give up right? =D>

I wear nasal pillows and have this same problem. I have worn my ahir in a Flat-top for years now and do not need gel or hairspray as my hair is naturally spikey. the top strap of my headgear is crushing my hair down...even my barber asked me what i have been wearing on my head. he used all sorts of hair treatments and the hair dryer but could not get it to stand back up. All that said, i LOVE the comfort of hte Nasal Pillows and if I don't look in the mirrow I can't see what my hair looks like ;-)
