Hi, I've personally had sleep apnea for 4 years and the CPAP has worked well and it has become an ordinary part of my everyday life. My question is about a friend who was just diagnosed. She said that when she was having the study they kept raising the pressure because it didn't seem to be working. She told me that finally they raised as far as it would go and the final result was that she is better but she still stops breathing occasionally according to the study. I had never heard of this, has anyone else? Might it even out as she starts using her own CPAP? Is there other treatment? She also told me that they told her she has alot of dreams, could that be the problem. Any information would be welcome so I can pass it on to her. Thanks!
