Hi,
I am having extreme sleepyness problems during the day, despite my use of cpap. I am going for another test in Oct. to see if the pressure needs to be changed, but in the meantime, people who don't necessarily know a thing about sleep apnea tell me to "get more exercise, it will help you stay awake and alert." The problem is I am so exhausted that the mere thought of exercise sends me for a nap on the couch. Has anyone with sleep apnea actually tried exercising and had it work for you, if the cpap isn't working? If so, how did you get up the energy to exercise in the first place? Let me know. Thanks.
