Brian, I think this patient may have a few problems with air leaks. Just a real uninformed observation. Great picture. Sent it to a co-worker who also OSA. She'll get a kick out of it.

Sure hope that Activa doesn't hurt his upper lip. Looks as though he might need a chin strap. Certainly he's a mouth breather!

Brian, my co-worker was laughing so hard on your picture we could hear her all the way down the hallway to my office. She said she needs to do that next year for her house.
