Post claustrophobia 
I have very claustraphobic dreams with my c-pap mask on. I take my mask off several times a night and now even have breathing diffucuty throught the day just thinking about the night. Help! Janis

Janis, I, too, am a severe claustrophobic, and could not tolerate a full face mask.  Thank goodness for nasal pillows.  Although even they required a period of adjustment, I am a very happy and well-rested "hose head" after almost two years.

Give them a try.
