It would appear that he is asking for apnea info in Spanish. Or maybe offering? Google translates this (albeit confusedly as):
'HELLO I AM DR SERVIN AND WITH TASTE THEY CAN WRITE TO ME ON ANY TYPE OF INFORMATION IN ESPANOL ON APNEA OF I SOUND. GRACIAS "
The post title, if I remember enough Spanish from High School, is "Help in Spanish. On Apnea (of... something?)
